Great thanks I'll go ahead and check them and make sure to mention your name, no problem, with pleasure.
I also got in touch with websnail, a user around here
I am about to shop for a set but was thinking of getting half a liter for myself, or a full liter if I couldn't find a way to split easily... so unfortunately your group by isn't for me.
But the cheapest distributor i found was in the Czeck Republik, I was wondering if you'd share the link...
still, congrat's Roy
So basically it falls in two categories, Gloss and the others...
been Pearl, Luster and Satin...
why would a manufacturer make those 3 products... I suppose I'd have to buy rolls to find out...
I'm about to order a couple of the rolls costadinos recommanded and was wondering the difference in quality they offer. if someone could reply by tomorrow that would help me pick the right stuff... : )
is the satin paper a mate paper or does it use the Epson photo ink?
I would think it could...
Great that sounds exactly what I'm looking for... I wasn't sure PowerChrome K3 was refering to inktec ink, thought it could have been another brand using that same name. So when you say it is PowerChrome it implies inktec ink, right?
Another question is do the bottles have pooring caps so I can...
I read a couple of post where you mention photomart.co.uk paper and wanted to buy some rolls from them.
I don't know what to pick, they have pearl, satin, glossy, lustre... and don't know which I should pick.
I've used a lot of ilford smooth pearl for now it's been my most used...
Thank you all, good idea Smile.
I have downloaded quadtone RIP and started reading about it...
well it looks like a new stage of an impressive machinery, but also a good way to get there, with controle.
@Ink stained Fingers
The purpose is to have the most density onto transparency, and the right curve from one tone to another as each way of reproduction changes...
The negative is then pressed onto a sensitived paper and produce the final print,
I'm using a 3880 so I am looking for the deepest...
I'd like to start printing large negatives for alternative processes and don't know how to get the density and right curve for a good final print.
How could I produce an ICC with my color munki?
Anybody with experience with that matter?
anyone tried that?
¨PermaJet Smooth Pearl 280-100 % replacement for Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl 290¨
sheets are quite cheap, rolls still expensive compared to end of stock selling online
and happy new year...
I have a 3880 and got a kit and a few bottles of ink republik a couple of years ago, and now they are close to empty I've been looking for latest reviews of non oem ink... as all I find on the net is quite dated and couldn't find recent post comparing latest pigments.
