The All New Canon Pixma 200 cart…

I see, without a prism the remaining ink quantity has to be calculated from full, not from when the ink chamber is empty. But why should it be less accurate with a sponge than with a bag ? The chip counts ink spray instructions. Based on the empty OEM carts I got the PRO-10 and PRO-9500 chips...

My love hate relationship with my Pixma Pro 9000 mark II, need help and I don't want to give up on this printer!!!

Sorry to say but B200 indicates a printhead error. There are no more spare printheads available. Never buy a "refurbished" in China, most of them do not work.

Canon Pro Luster with custom profile has heavy banding in grayscale bar

If the banding is not caused by the ink (feeding), then it must be a very unlinear profile.

Canon Pro Luster with custom profile has heavy banding in grayscale bar

I had exactly the same phenomenon (on the same place) on my PRO-10 with 3th party grey. It went away by changing to OEM ink (using the same profile). What you show here with OEM ink makes me think I did something wrong too. Even a 300g photo paper is translucent, white sheets underneath are...

My MAXIFY 5350 is on refill ink

Yellow nozzles of the new printer (5150) are slowly enhancing (a 600dpi scan is needed to see the details). Not perfect yet but at the moment octoink.co.uk (@websnail ) LXP72Y is the "good" ink removing the "bad". I am not amused starting this almost new printer with a damaged printhead.

My MAXIFY 5350 is on refill ink

I never had any conservation issues with pigment ink. Admit I could have rinsed the OEM from the cart, but since it didn't cause any problems the first time, I did what most people would do. I have solutions but I would try to find out what happened in everyone's interest, the Maxify is one of...

My MAXIFY 5350 is on refill ink

I've sent a mail to octopus-office.de. I accept the old printhead is end of life and the ink economies are more than sufficient to buy a new one, but that a 1 year old batch of yellow clogs a new printer worries me. The number of reliable providers isn't growing... Refilling is always trial and...

My MAXIFY 5350 is on refill ink

The new nozzle checks are not much better. I'll wait until tomorrow but won't loose more time with this printhead. Top the old one, bottom the new with the same inks.

My MAXIFY 5350 is on refill ink

The octopus-office.de yellow ink was since long in the cartridges (I used 250ml without many issues), the Yello Gello would have occurred sooner. The problem started much sooner with the cyan, but this could be solved by cleaning instructions. Rinsing the printhead took a lot of time and there...

My MAXIFY 5350 is on refill ink

I have to double almost too, so I am at least on 25000 A4. I rinsed the old printhead by injecting water in the ink inlet tubes. In particular the yellow took a long time. Will see out of curiosity if this doesn't damage the printhead.

My Canon PRO-10 on refill ink - and what happened to my PRO-9500II

Hello everybody, I finished my personalized photo calendars (about 150 A4's) and my PRO-10 is just fine. Happy New Year

My MAXIFY 5350 is on refill ink

After damage in the cyan nozzles I replaced the octopus-office.de cyan with expired Canon OEM. This stabilized the situation and even removed some blank lines. Since I considered the printhead toast I continued to use my first Maxify (the 5350) in grayscale settings. Also the (octopus-office.de)...
