Since I changed to USB instead of network the information on status monitor is proper. I ran nozzle check 5 were bad. I ran the clean and nothing changed. I replaced 5 cartridges and ran nozzle check and improve on 2 colors. Ran clean and nozzle check with absolutely no change with any colors...
If you use the ink button on printer, you can open the ink area and it a light that tells you what is empty.

I have now run nozzle check and have run cleaned and showed one is empty. Replaced and trying again. It showed another empty. This has called for 5 new cartridges. I replaced each 5 and when nozzle check is run there is no change, even after using clean process.

I have always used Epson original cartridges. I have printed for awhile with this problem of status monitor. When the printer stopped, I assume it was because of an empty cartridge. It would be very expense to replace all ink and have the problem again.

The R2000 now does not show "amount" of ink left on any cartridge. Therefore I do not know what to replace when printer when is stopped. I have reinstalled with no change and Epson doesn't care.
