I was unable to upload a file to see this behavior. Every time I clicked on "Upload a File" the cursor would disappear and no pop up window would appear.

It is a Firefox problem. When using Internet Explorer the upload window behaves as it did in Firefox earlier. Here is a screenshot from IE showing the upload window, click to enlarge:

IE upload.jpg

In Firefox the solution I use is resizing the windows so I can view the browser window and the upload window side by side. It is not the ideal solution but it works for me.

The following is for testing only.

Trying IE and it did bring up the window to select a file. I did not have to resize the IE window in order to see the pop up window that allows you to choose which file to upload.

Seems we're all a little wonky with something here.

There is an interesting difference between the upload window and "windows key"/E window, the latter appears in front of the PrinterKnowledge window, the former appears behind the PK window. Work that one out!

@PeterBJ Hi Peter,

Re. earlier comments regarding the CPU gadget.

I have been surprised that the CPU reading has never noticeably exceeded 16% and memory sits at 18%. Those 4 cores seem to be wasted!!!

Not even when doing the large amount of number crunching that seems to be involved in printer profiling?

Am converting video while on this website and listening to a radio station on another website. My i7-4770K CPU use ranges between 80-85% and 2 GB of 16 GB RAM in use as well. Wahooo!
