Cyan is used to print blue and green colours. Cyan plus magenta produces blue, and cyan plus yellow produces green. The yellow and magenta test stripes should contain no cyan. Red is printed by printing magenta plus yellow, no cyan is used.

So it looks to me like the refillable cyan cartridge leaked and caused cross contamination and failure of the cyan nozzles. A leaking cartridge can prevent nozzles from firing by forming a layer of ink on the underside of the print head.

The leaking cyan most likely entered the nozzles for the other colours, when the print head was parked.

I don't think your print head is leaking internally. Instead I think the cross contamination took place at the print head parking place. In use a normal cartridge has a slight negative pressure, so if one cartridge is leaking and flooding the parking place, the leaked ink will be wicked up into the other nozzle sets. The cyan nozzles are most likely covered in ink, and this prevents them from working.

Here is an example of cross contamination in a Canon printer.

I don't know the design of the HP932/933 cartridges, neither the OEM nor the refillables, so I cannot tell what might be wrong with the leaking cyan cartridge. It might be cracked, or not properly welded/glued, or the refill plug might not seal well. I guess overfilling can be ruled out?

Generally refilling OEM cartridges is considered better than using refillable cartridges. Some refillable cartridges might work well, others don't.

If the chips on the refillable cartridges are of the intelligent ARC type, I suggest to transfer them to a set of OEM cartridges and refill the OEM cartridges instead.

No resetter exists for the OEM chips, but here and here are some tricks that will allow you to print with refilled OEM cartridges with OEM chips.

To refill the OEM cartridges, a special refill adapter and a 50 ml syringe is needed. Here is an adapter in metal, and here is a set of four adapters in plastic plus syringes. Here is a page with links to refill instructions and more.

Sadly I think the best option is to replace the cartridge. I don't think it could be repaired. I think it maybe was defective in manufacture, so maybe the seller will replace it?

I would recommend looking into refilling the OEM cartridges and possibly transferring the chips from the refillable cartridges. The cartridges look similar to the Canon PGI-29, so maybe you could find something useful in this and this thread by The Hat?

I think the ink outlets are different on the OEM and the refillable cartridge, so transfer is not a good idea IMO. The OEM cartridge uses a valve and the refillable cartridge looks like the seal is some membrane that has been damaged.

It looks like the refillable cartridges are made from polypropylene, which is a plastic it is difficult to find a glue that adheres reliably to, so I would forget the outlet seal/valve transfer.

Furthermore, if the transferred valve is not in the exactly right position on the refillable cartridge, it might damage the ink inlet in the printer. This would be much worse than having to buy a new cartridge, preferably OEM.

Hi Peter I think you are 80% right, the refillable cart. not damaged since you havent it.
The plastic transparent paper adhesive on outlet just damaged but cant find replacement for it , so i would then fill it again with ink or any liquid and wait some hours to see if there is leaks of ink or not.

By the way the cartridge get damaged (or partially damaged) not from manufacturer its cover plastic spitted when i insert cartridge to printer by mistake i push it strongly so its make little splitting 3mm.
anyway I bought new OEM immadiately after know there leaks and printer work fine but now seeks for fixing cartridge.
