Dell Series 21 & 22 for V313/V313w & P513w

I had a customer come in asking about these carts and I have never seen them before. Anyone have any info on them what-so-ever?

All i know is that i filled one and the customer came back saying that it would not print. Upon further analysis of the cartridge, i found a chip underneath the sticker (sneaky Dell).

The Series 21,22,23,24 cartridges cannot be refilled due to the chip. This is just like Lexmark's Return Program.

However, the 21R, 22R, 23R, and 24R can be refilled but the ink level will always say low (like Lexmark 100XLA).
