Thanks for your answer.

I chose #7, do I need to choose realign or just chose and press "end"?

After choosing #7 and clicking "end" , I printed a photo which I printed 5 minutes before with horizontal bandings, again and this time it printed it perfect , without any horizontal banding.

But unfortunately, then I printed another photo and the horizontal bandings cameback.

So it seems like I need to print on plain paper using matte setting if there is any type of picture I should print.

I want to add that, a few moments ago, I tried printing the same photo using "plain paper" mode and a higher quality setting than "High"( I chose "more settings" then set the slider to the maximum). With these settings, it printed the photo perfect without any banding.

So I think I will use this setting when I print a photo or some type of graphic on plain paper.

I think you have exploited all options - Epson service - printhead alignments, and printing with the matte paper setting appears to be the last option left which is working.
You may just try and print an image both with the 'normal paper' setting - quality high and 'matte paper' quality setting normal/standard and measure the printing time for both modes, and use that mode which prints faster.
