It would look like you’re having problems with your cartridges, so can you post up a nozzle check for viewing please, and don’t be printing any more test prints till you can resolve your problem, nozzle prints acceptable..

As The Hat said, do not print anything other than nozzle checks until the issues clear.

Unknowns:
Do you refill and if so using what cartridge and what ink? Links please. If you use only OEM inks then you will need at least a new Magenta.

Funnel-shaped loss of ink in the Magenta is characteristic of Ink Starvation. This can be due to an empty cartridge or something impeding the flow of ink through the cartridge. If the cartridge is empty then refill or get a new filled one. If the cartridge has ink then flushing and refilling the cartridge may clear whatever is blocking flow.

Both Cyan and Yellow have small defects that may just be clogged nozzles or they may be irreparable burned out nozzles. A Regular Cleaning followed by a nozzle check (post here - pleas crop the image), or you could try another Regular Cleaning, especially if C and Y are improving, then post a nozzle scan here.

There may or may not be defects in the PGBK lattice work but the image is of low quality to be sure. Print, scan and crop the nozzle checks for better quality diagnosing.

Taught as much, your refilling procedure is not quite up to scratch, and if you put in a known good (New) cartridge the problem will go away instantly..

When one of your carts show the low ink warning, that’s the time to remove and refill it, waiting causes the current problem you have now, so purge that magenta cart and refill it to make it good again..

It seems that neither the OP nor the users who answered realize that this is a megatank printer., No cartridges or sponges to deal with. There seems to be plenty of magenta ink in the reservoir, so the problem must be elsewhere. Clogged magenta nozzles ?. Quite unlikely, the nozzle test is typical of ink starvation. Possibly the tube or tubes connecting the magenta ink reservoir with the printhead are almost totally obstructed with dried or sticky ink. Sort of arteriosclerosis. It seems to get worse going by the last nozzle test,

I’m not familiar with the internal construction of Canon megatanks. Maybe is not difficult to access and clean those tubes or maybe it is a hard task.

The only thing I could suggest is to check the magenta ink line from the print head back to the ink reservoir, lastly you could try putting a syringe on the air inlet above the reservoir (Magenta) and applying some pressure into the system..

Simmer down, Artur. True. I just realized this reading OP's latest post.

Before you definitively conclude there is adequate Magenta because the picture says so, OP should actually look and confirm there is ink in the tank and what the level is in the tank.

I have not seen a Canon function called Ink Flush, so I downloaded the Service Manual and began to skim through it.

Your printer's User Manual, Page 53, Checking Ink Level, might explain how one can get into a problem with this printer.

On Page 234 is the stepwise procedure Canon recommends for nozzle check issues. First, it says, is make sure there is adequate ink. The Ink Flush is the last thing to try, but if the others do not then Ink Flush may do the trick as it consumes a lot of ink and may open up clogged lines.

Best of all, YouTube has videos with your exact same issue with Magenta and shows hot to resolve it -- Ink Flush!

The next video goes into more detail with menus, etc, but is not entirely in English.

There appears to be clogged or burned out nozzles in the Cyan and Yellow as I stated before. These are of secondary concern until Magenta is resolved. Refill the tank. Refill ALL the tanks to appropriate levels using the proper procedure per the Manual. Follow your User Manual and make sure there is sufficient ink in the tanks before doing the Ink Flush.
