Cyan completely missing (WF-7610)

Hello. I have an issue with my Epson WF-7610.
I have been using it over a year with non-OEM cartridges and it was working without any issues.
Recently, the cyan ran out and I simply replaced it with a new one. However after a few prints I noticed the cyan is becoming absent. I ran a few cleaning cycles and in the nozzle check there was no cyan.

I then installed another new cyan cartridge, ran the cleaning again a few times and still no cyan.

I then ordered different non-OEM cartidges from another seller, got them today. Installed cyan and still it does not print after 2 more cleaning cycles.

What should I do? Should I buy some printhead cleaner and try to clean it?

It looks to me like the issue is that the ink is not being drawn from the cartridge into the printhead (and of course I removed the sticker from the cartidge to let the air in)

I am wary to buy an OEM cartridge at this point because it could still be the same...

I am also worried about the printhead itself. This printer apparently does not use heat to eject the ink (precision core technology), so I am hoping I did not burn it out and trash it with all the nozzle checks.

I have this printer for basic printing in our print shop and have been using a NON OEM system with it for years without problem. I have a tank with the lines coming from the tank (outside the printer) and feeding in from the top. I have had problems where our 7610 was off for 6 months at a time and when we boot it back up I would have to do quiet a few cleanings to get it back to a perfect nozzle check. I know it can be rough due to the waste of ink. I have had to go through twelve cleanings one time but was able to get certain colors back

It reads like you're knowledgeable about the refillable carts. One question, did you prime the Cyan carts after you fill them up?

How long have you had this printer? Do you feel like it's towards the end of its life cycle?

Are you using pigment or dye inks?

The cleaning on these type of printers is very easy. They have cleaners that you can introduce into refillable carts along with a simpler cleaner where you introduce the clear through a tube and syringe.

When was the last time you cleaned the "capping" station? If you haven't I would say to do this. If the capping station isn't getting the proper seal around the print head it won't clean it properly.

I know this post is over a month old and you might have found the solution. But if you see this and still need help just let me know.

Update: I was busy the past month so didn't get to fixing the printer until now.

I bought some inkjet printer cleaner and pumped it on the cyan through a hose connected to a syringe. That didn't help and made the other colors worse.

I then cleaned all colors like that except magenta (as it was fine) with the cleaner and still it was bad (every color was almost gone)

I ran a few cleaning cycles via the printer. No improvement.

Then I downloaded WIC resetter, tried to prime the cartridges ("Ink charge" feature). Still nothing.

Finally, I did a "strong" cleaning on the black cart via the WIC resetter and it started improving. So I did it again and it came out almost perfect.

Then I did a strong cleaning on the CMY colors and voila - it works! Almost perfect, just a few dots missing.

I'm so relieved right now ...

@Evaldas how did you find the wic resetter. I'm having trouble with my epson 7710 also with the nozzle printouts. Jagged lines also. Can you please inform me with the info.
