Hi All,
I have been strugling over a month with this error (see attache report). The printer is few years old but with little use ( less the 100 pages per month). It worked great and am really reluctant to throw it away. I have tried replacing cartridges, cleaning of the print head - nothing helped. Finally I bought a refurbished printer head from AliExpress. Installed it and on a start was happy to see the error gone but it came back after first head cleaning. In fact in a meantime I bought newer model WF-7620 but am still set to try repair the old one. Damn it ..it is a multifunction unit - why I can not at least use it as a scanner? It feels a real waste (also environmentally) to scrap it.
The printer performs a start up sequence for circa 2 minutes (if a cartridge is missing or empty it asks to replace it) before the error pops up.
Any ideas?
