You have done what can be tried for your issue. The print head, unfortunately, is irreparably damaged, at least for the Cyan, Magenta and Yellow portion of the print head. :(

It does seem the wavy appearance of the Pigment Black is not there in this new nozzle check. You may be able to use the printer for just Black and White Text on Plain Paper, maybe even Greyscale for graphics. However, the printer will still use up the other colored inks for regular maintenance functions even if it never prints another color pixel again and the printer will need color inks in the tanks, meaning not empty, in order to function.

Consider a new print head or a new printer. I do not know how easily you can remove and replace, or, find a reasonably priced new print head. In the USA, often it is Canon Sales that has the best prices. Depending on your country it may be different.
