Thanks for this link. I had written a post for this thread but deleted it since The Hat must have PM'ed the OP with the solution because OP wrote it worked. In my deleted post was this link you posted. I tried to find it again now but couldn't. Now it is saved to favorites.

@Lee Martin notice that the special December deal for the Pro-100 includes 50 sheets of Canon Professional Photo Paper 13"x19". That makes the deal even better.

got it in 1...:thumbsup
The B200 error is a over heating issue with the print head, and removing the carts and head and powering off the printer for a few minutes and then re installing everything and powering on again can clear the problem, but it often returns soon after.. :(

Bidding on a new printer now Several options for purchase. Most are from purchasers just to take advantage of discount. Probably will not have canon maintenance options. But rices are super.

There is no bidding on the Pro-100 from Adorama and you will not get a better price than $59 after rebate. You can then sell the inks on eBay and easily recoup your cash outlay. Then get your refill needs from Precision Colors. :thumbsup

Probably will not have canon maintenance options.
If you mean a warranty from Canon then yes, a new printer never registered with Canon will still have warranty. The only potential sticky point is if Canon can somehow match up the original purchase of the printer versus your purchase later on, such as the date of the received or reimbursed rebate. This might impact the length of the warranty still in effect. Never heard of this but suppose it is possible.

Chances are Canon will assume the period of the warranty based on submitted warranty and maybe your purchase receipt.

Will be taking advantage of getting new printer after the first of the year. Just missed one on a bid site today. My thanks to all that have made suggestions. Will be removing carts. Have never removed print head but will look about that also. Have beem using aftermarket cartridges for over 3 years with no problems till now. The way I read the $59 deal you needed to use a charge card I do not have. Will be looking into reloading carts next year also. The Oldtimer....

There is more than one way to skin a cat. ;)

Adorama accepts credit cards, debit cards, check cards, PayPal, and wire transfers.

PayPal uses either your credit card, debit card, or bank account to transfer funds from. As far as I know there is no fee from PayPal when you use them to purchase something and your account information is not transferred to the seller.

You can also get a "gift card" from your bank and put money on it. Then use it like a credit card till the balance is zero. There will be a small fee for obtaining the gift card but no fees to use.

PayPal and bank "gift cards" add a nice layer of security when purchasing, especially across the internet. :thumbsup
