I have no problem with any of this other ones.
But only inksupply.com sells carbon (eboni-6) and uses USPS for shipping.
STS sells carbon but won't ship USPS which makes import taxes higher in brazil (local problem)

Not so local, I have the same problem when using Couriers, but USPS are ok, I used https://www.inkjetcarts.us/ and they shipped by USPS...

For the same reason, carbon inks and special formulations ("Paul Roark's Lab" within their shop), I use to order a small package every 2-3 years at MIS.
And I have nothing to complain about, except the very high shipping costs, much more than from Canada (precision colors) or, no surprise, from UK (octoink) to Germany
