Print something every week or so that uses all the cartridges, such as a nozzle check.
If a syringe or similar device does not reach the Pigment Black purge pad then maybe a soda straw might. Dip one end into liquid to passively fill it, place thumb or finger over the top end to keep fluid in the straw, use a flashlight to help guide the straw to the purge pad, release thumb/finger to let liquid leave the straw onto the purge pad. Maybe one of those bendable straws might facilitate the job.
