l needs help

Nice day
I m dr. Anwar from Iraq my problem is that l have a printer canon MG5540 now is not working
It showed me this messege "error 5B00" I know, it need reset but i can't enter service mode and l have no suitable service tool version to rest it. I need your kind help.

This may help...but I am not sure if all informations are up to date and matching your printer (article from 2010) and where to get the "Service Mode Tool Version 1.050"

Thank you alot for helping, but I think my printer need deferent method to enter service mode and need deferent service tool version. Hope to know more from other members thank you dear
