Help with Canon Pixma IX4000 Printer

I need help with Canon Pixma IX4000 keeps on blinking, all ink cartridge are full, help please thank you

The blink pattern is a code telling which error the printer has encountered, so what is the blink pattern?

You find a service manual for your printer here. Have patience, as the manual is slow to load. A list of operator call errors start at page 1-4 and a list of service call errors start at page 1-5.

Note the difference in blink patterns for operator call errors and service call errors.
