This morning I received an email from Epson offering to sell their XP 800 for $39.99 with free shipping! I followed the link and yes, they were indeed selling the XP 800 for $39.99 using an instant rebate. As of this morning they were showing that they were in stock. Now, (9:30am), they show that they're out of stock.
