Can I use Epson XP-820 refillable ink in Canon MX922?

Both printers use 5 inks, are the two inks interchangeable?
I'm using refillable inks from Precision Colors.

Don't try this, you risk burning out the Canon print head.

Canon print heads are thermal print heads which boil the ink to create a steam bubble that expels a drop of ink. The ink must be heat resistant and cause no deposits on the heaters.The heaters need a steady supply of ink to cool them, else they risk burning out.

Epson print heads are piezo-electric and eject ink via a mechanical pumping action. Ink intended for Canon might work in an Epson print head, but the two print head types might need different properties of the ink such as viscosity and surface tension. The use of ink for Canon in an Epson print head is not recommended.
