Try closing the tray and holding the Resume button in for 3 seconds, if that doesn’t work then power off the printer for 5 minutes and then power on and see if the error message has gone..
Try running that scan test print again on ten plain paper sheets, then run another nozzle check and see if there’s a big difference..
Al printers use a lot of ink when you try to unclog them, the answer is don’t let them clog in the first place, run a test print weekly..

Your PM and Cyan are not looking great at all, I’d run a couple of cleaning cycles on that side of the head that contains the two poor colours, then leave it to stand for half an hour and print another nozzle cycle..
Don’t go printing any more test sheets until you can get a good clear nozzle...

Yes its dead, and there’re nothing you can do about it, if you can find another new head somewhere out there then go for it, but be warned don’t be tempted to buy from EBay, they only sell refurbished heads that are broke and will never work.. Sorry !
