We purchased a new HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer (E710n) printer 5-6 years ago. For a few years, the printer has had an issue printing using black ink. We only use standard A4 paper. We've tried the Clean Printhead and Align Printhead Tools on the printer itself. Any ideas?

I believe CLI-8Bk and PGI-5 are both black cartridges and will both work in my Canon MP510. If that is the case, what is the difference between them and which should I go for? Thank you :)
