Please help me some one. I have a brother mfc-j6920dw bay after august 2014. I order new V2 catridges. All color ink is perfect and work, but BLACK ink is not work, a have a message "reinstall slowly". I tried hard reset printer, on/off and so other. The problem is same for all of my 7pcs black...
