I got it fixed, the encoder strip from the left was not in place and it was hard to see it but i sorted it out, thank you dear for your kind replies. :)

I've noticed that the Encoder strip is a little flabby but the head is moving properly i guess, does the encoder strip affect the print quality like making double line, shadows, grain etc ....

Hello, I got my brand new Epson 1400 with CISS and installed it properly, After running few head cleans the nozzle always perfect but the print is always fuzzy, dirty and the text is unclear. Tried all the suggestions here...

What about the nozzle check? it was perfect after clean and bad after a print test?

Does a bad ink result a bad nozzle or no nozzle at all?

Thanks cls, I found a local dealer who has an F166000 Printhead, is it possible to install it on RX640 or it's exclusively made for R220 and 340.

Does anyone know what is the part number of the RX640 printhead if anyone has the service manual please? Thanks you.

I've tried today new cartridges and it didn't help, i even switched Cyan with Light Cyan (working 100% cartridge) and i got the same results. Is it possible that the printhead it self leaking air? Please help me.
