I need little help from experts as I am not technical.
I have Canon Pixma MG7150. Whenever I print / copy I see 2 vertical black / grey thick lines on left hand side of paper. I have tried all the cleaning maintenance functions from printer but the lines are not going.
Can anyone pls help. I have also attahced a sample of problem for your review.
Pls pls pls help. So many prayers in advance...

From where I am standing and it's only a quick educated guess, but it looks like one or more of your cartridges are leaking, you wouldn’t be using a CISS by any chance...

Looks like the rear rollers are contaminated with ink. Keep feeding paper through and the paper will dry it out and it should go away. Now find the where that ink came from. The start of the feed is heaviest and when the paper advances, it is removing the ink onto the paper. Somehow the nearest rollers near the priming station is getting ink.

Remove from mains, open lid. To the rear and to the right, you should see some rollers at the bottom. Use a flashlight. You can use a long cotton swab or use a paper towel, shove it in there and get it against the roller.

Easier way is to just turn the printer on and print a series of nozzle checks and the black marks should eventually disappear. If it does not, then you need to see what is causing ink to get on the rollers.

@sohailali77, if you have to ask what a CISS is then your obviously not using one, CISS = Continuous Ink Supply System.

Question: what type of cartridges are you using in your printer ?
