Is there such a thing? I need a Canon printer that can do CD/DVD printing and compatible with ink from Precision Colors.

There is, and the best one is called Printer Potty because its leak proof, but first you should check to see if you can enter Service Mode on your printer, once you can do that then you can reset the waste ink counter.

I use four of theses devices on my Canon printers and find them invaluable, just Google Printer Potty..

The Canon MG7520 is of the PGI-x50/CLI-x51 cartridge generation, so entering service mode might need a procedure not found on this forum and maybe even not found on the web. Normally the procedure for entering service mode is found in the service manual, but the manual seems nowhere to be found. Some also say that a service tool with a higher version number than 3600 is needed for the service mode operations. See this post.

I have Printer Potty for my Epson XP820. I couldn't find a compatible kit on http://www.octoink.co.uk/categories/Waste-Ink-Solutions/ I would also need a video tutorial on the installation.
Is Canon printers better than Epson. My Epson printhead often have clogged nozzles. I'm thinking of switching brands.

I don’t use Epson printers so can’t rightly say if they are better or not, but my dye and especially my pigment printers seldom if ever clog and I haven’t used OEM ink in years.

I can without a dough recommend a Canon Pro printer for care free printing.. :)
