I need eeprom data of a canon IP3000 printhead

Dear sir
I need your help
I have a Canon IP3000 printer and i try to wash it's printhead by boiling water
I done it and install head without drying first and now printer flash led 5 times
I think the eeprom if head is cleard or damaged.
if it was true I must have data of eeprom to fix it
I am can program eeproms or repair electronic logic board if you help me
If it is possible for you please send me data of hdeeprom of this printhead or the printour page of service mode print of this printer
as you know some other canon like IX4000,5000 and MP700-740 and i560 , 850 are similar and have same head.

Hi @Reza and welcome, unfortunately you have damaged your print head way beyond repair, because you failed to completely dry the head before reinstalling it back into your printer, resulting in error [1401] and 5 orange led lights.

These print heads can not saved or repaired so the only answer we can give you, I am sorry to say is to purchase a new one, but the good news is these print heads are still available..

I just need a page of print out of service mode of service tools v3400 software

I checked the service manuals for the iP3000 and the other printers you mentioned. The manuals had info about the EEPROM print, but sadly they had not included the hex dump.

You don't use a service tool to perform service mode operations on these old printers. Instead the Stop/Resume and Power buttons are used to enter service mode and select and execute service mode operations.

The procedure for entering service mode and performing service mode operations is found in the service manual, see pages 9 and 10. The parts catalog might also be useful as it contains some assembly drawings.
