Best Way To Empty Print Tubes

I currently have a ConeColor PK ink cartridge in my R3880 and I want to go back to OEM.

What is the quickest way was to flush out the Cone Ink

The method I used to purge a particular line was to print a number of A4 sheet of cheap plain paper in just that colour, so setup to print images using PK as opposed to printing MK and go for it, a few sheets of A4 should see the line purged of Cone and have you back to OEM...........Also known as the aggie method, as in bog simple, agrecultural, farmer simple or FOR (fix or repair) with whats available and nearest at hand :gig:gig:gig

I am sure there is a far more costly and time consuming method, but the two inks are so similar that you will have difficulty determining which is which.

Thanks, took your advice and hopefully we are now close to been back to OEM.

The printer is on borrowed time and I expect it to die within a few days so just getting ready to sell on for spares
