I don't think that this is a printer problem, but o.k., what is your system configuration - Windows ? . I'm printing 700MB big spool files without problem. Are you getting any error message from the system or the printer ? You can influence the size of the spool file with the effective print resolution, you may change/reduce the print quality and check the spool file size and see whether the problem is gone. But is your system disk is full you may indeed get problems with your system and the swap file and other temporary files
Hi,
I use windows 8.1, I am not get any error just printer stop of printing ??!! what your printer setting in spool ?
immediately or start print after page is spooled ? i use draft printing quality..
but the file when print from program get always 59 MB.
I'm not really sure what the problem is, so I would propose some checks. What happens if you print to a
smaller format - that should reduce the size of the spool file. And as well - you bring it up - what happens if you change the spool settings - e.g. direct print/no spooling.
Was the printing o.k. at some time earlier ? And if so what did change since then - e.g. program updates - hardware changes - whatever ? Can you change the printer connection to the computer - using another USB-port on the computer, or using another/shorter USB-cable ? Does the problem occur as well when you print from another program -e.g. printing an image ?
I am always use direct print, but use many file to print one after another .
when I print small file size there is no problem. Problem occurs at size of 59 Mb file sending more than two file.
*I use wireless printing.
Maybe because my printer memory just only 128MB what about your printer ??
Hi,
i find the solution the problem in spooling settings ..
just modify it from printer properties --- go tab: Advanced then here you can choose option: Start printing after last page is spooled. so now the computer not send every page you want to print till the last one finish printing
