Hi everyone,

I've been thinking of getting a canon selphy 820 since, it would be nice to be able to print photos on site when visiting family.
Does anyone have experience with this? How is the quality versus any supermarket print stand?
It cost rougly the same per print.

I had a Dell similar critter a few years ago. It was sweet being able to print photos, but then the refills were expensive, and lugging the thing around fairly pointless when I had two printers at home and could mail prints for next day delivery for almost nothing in comparison. Quality was quite good, but had tear off paper which wasn't.

If you don't have a colour printer at home, then maybe,

The thing is that we live in denmark and visit family in france twice a year.
buying media on amazon.de it gets down to around 25-30 euro cents per print, which is pretty much what it cost to have prints from a machine in the local supermarket.
On holidays it would be pretty stationary at the inlaws.

Price rivals that of my inkjet using the papers ado.and ink i do

just bought the selphy cp910 yesterday and must say that I'm pretty impressed with that little critter.
it's quick and easy to print directly from my phone and the results are good.
I'm looking forward to be able to hand out some photos to friends and family during our holidays.
now i just would like to see a similar printer capable of printing 18×13 prints and i would be set for 95% of my print needs ;)
