Newbie to Printing

Hi guys,
I have a couple of printers both are epson, have a problem with the WF435, it had a blocked print head, had to dismantle the carriage to get the head out, as it would not unblock whilst in the printer.
Removed the printhead and cleaned it using the recommended cleaning fluid.
Ok, I took care in the re-assembly, everything went back perfectly. Reinstalled the Ciss. When the printers started it took around two cleans and printed a multicolored test page perfectly. Turned the printer on and off a couple of times, still ok.
Today when I turned it on, it does not want to print, all I get are three flashing green light, the power on light, the WIFI light and the Fax auto answer light, got me stumped, would appreciate any ideas or advice on how to sort this out
