Depending what part of the world you’re in, Lidl does Sihl glossy 4x6 dirt cheap.

I would need a USA supplier
If you are looking for consistently low cost per 4x6 glossy paper check out costco. It is sold in packages of 300 sheets. I don't know a vendor who sells this item in large quantities. At one time and for an unknown reason they sold their glossy photo paper at half price as well. I'd guess this sale will never be repeated!

Define the quantity of 4x6 sheets in a "case". Paper is sold in many different measures.

When I needed a couple hundred sheets of 4x6 for a project, I found a place on Amazon (e-Wholesaler)who sold me 1500 sheets of HP Premium Glossy for $16.41, including shipping. It came in sealed packs of 100. It isn't currently available, but you might contact the vendor.
