There is no free utility?

That is correct, anyway this free utility is only available in the US I believe and works on Windows O/S, and only once for a very limited time, but don’t forget about your waste ink, it hasn’t gone away..

Ok i'll check it out. Another problem i have is that the printer makes a squeak sound when trying to get the paper to begin to print (please see the video). I used an earbud which i sprayed with some silicone lubricant and put some (see red arrow at the photo below) but it still squeaks. Where else should i put lubricant?

Lubrication points can be in lots of places and so should be well planed out first, but above all putting on the wrong lubricant can be more harmful than not using any, a squeaky printer can be very annoying but not harmful..

It's very annoying actually. I can't understand how the table would help understand where to lubricate. There is a different lubricant that i have to use to lubricate each part? Is there a photo were to lubricate each part that corresponds with the table you attached?

@djkokalis, The Lube attachment above in post #6 was only to show you that there are many many places that might need lubricating and the types of grease needed and not to the exact points on your machine.

You may need to get a Service Manual for your printer..
