@bahaa what exactly do you mean by I copy paper, is it when you print something but your printer only outputs a blank sheet ?

For what I can get from your previous posts it would seem you may have run out of toner..

Can the printer do a normal print from the computer? If it can, then I think it is a scanner problem.
