As somebody who used to buy my ink directly from IS, I can confirm that magenta was a serious problem for me. The minute I switched to OCP the problems went away with the odd clog, instead of multiple clogs in a day.

Yes and no, they do sell IS inks but they also sell other ink brands.
It would all depend on your printer Model..

I user OCP (brother brand) ink in my brother printer and for black I use EPSON black. All are dye inks.
I would like that cyan would be more like cyan not blue like it is now. I may order some EPSON cyan in the future. But as I got 1L bottle that will take some time.
