That is good news and just in time for printing your Thanksgiving memories. Happy printing!

Hmm it really works fine? Did you make service nozzle check print just to make sure?

Hiya Stratman. Indeed it is Robert Johnson.

Hey I got entangled for a while but I am back now...Still with the same Error Code on my Canon Pixma MP 830.

Could you be kind and walk me through the steps to reset. I've tried a few things but I am stuck.

Many Kind Thanks!!

If you have the same error code as posted in your original (#1) post then just read again my reply in post #2. There isn't a "reset" that I am aware of for that error code. :(

One question is why have you had two print heads give the thermal error twice now, especially with your replacement that is about 4 months old?

The "new" printhead only worked twice in total; What's the deal. Which driver should I use?

Also, I DID pick up a used HP LaserJet P2055dn; I do not yet know if it works as I must purchase the ink etc. to evaluate, BUT...Question:
Between the new used HP and the Canon Pixma MP830, which one should I go with to work on?

THANKS!!!
