Hello guys,
I bought a Canon MP550 several years ago, and everything went fine till couple of days ago, when suddenly after starting up, B200 error popped up and can't get rid of it. Here's what I tried so far:
-replacing ink cartridges whith brand new ones;
-cleaning printhead with isopropylic alcohol;
-cleaning the encoder strip(the transparent strip, correct me if I'm wrong).
Somewhere around this forum I found some Pin Masking technique, but it seems it doesn't apply to my type of printhead (mine is QY6-0073, if you have Pin Masking for this type, please share).
Strange thing is that the only way of starting the printer is by opening cover, powering up, and after printhead moves to the left, close the cover, but when I attempt to print/copy/scan....B200 error reappears.
Any help on the matter is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
