A printer is only worth what you’re willing to pay for it, for example a Pro 100 in the US is less than $100 and yet exactly the same machine is over €500 in the EU.

So going on these figures which printer would you prefer ? The pro 100 or the Pro 100.

The Pro 100 is really a great printer to own and so is the 4500 until you compare the purchase price and then you want to be sick, the 4500 has a proven track record so you know what you’re getting before you buy regardless of price.

It’s unwise to pay too much ! But it’s worse to pay to little.
When you pay too much you lose a little money that is all !
When you pay to little, you sometimes lose everything !

Good printers are very hard to come by these day so if you get the chance, well that's your choice to make..

£100 for working refurb is max (maxify?) in my feeling.

Personally won't spend more than £40, please take into account new Epsons - L series with OEM ink in 70 ml bottles.
Upper L series has more lightfastness, about 20 times more compared to dye compatibles.

See here in Belgium 2 offers of working IP4300's at €35.
IMO a maximum for an A4 Canon inkjet.
Prefer to pay €20 (as a source for printheads).

A3 's are more difficult to find.

(sorry, I will NOT send one to you :))
