College kid here. What Craigslist/ebay ink jet would be the best option for a ciss setup. Budget is first priority, second is reliability, third is print quality (photo quality would be great).
Variable media size (legal, evelope, 4x6) is mid priority.
Auto duplex would be nice but is low priority.
MFC/AiO would be useful but would be even lower priority
