OK Peter I use octopus refill method I get this result (cyan and yellow OEM)

give me what you can see in each image ??? why there is colorless of Magenta color ???

I found this also very good for refilling Here

I think your having a problem with air still in your cartridge, you need to reinsert the refill tip back into the cartridge outlet and pull back on the plunger till you start to get some ink into the syringe, then retry printing some test prints..

@glprint the 16 or 18 gauge will work and you can cut the tip at a slight angle to suit your cartridges or poke a small hole through the side as in the Octopus refiller, get about six of them and you can then practice you’re own different ideas.

I've found in this post a link to Octoinkjet conical plastic "needles" in 4 different sizes.

Can someone plese tell what is the correct size in gauges to refill HP 950/951 XL cartdriges
Pretty sure the ones they're using are the 18g but if someone wants to test the theory I'm happy to send the testee a selection of what I have, including a new part that I haven't listed yet.
