    Epson R3000 OEM ink carts

I guess they are trying to sell you more carts than you need initially? back to the old day, the old printer like R1800 would only let you print some prints then you have to buy new carts, the R3000 however has larger capacity of inks and should last you a little bit longer. if you plan to use...

you can follow the instruction on ink republic's site http://www.inkrepublic.com/KnowledgeBase/3800-irefill-faq.asp it requires 7 chips from OEM carts (doesnt matter it is read as empty or used or full), and you can reset waste ink tank too. pretty easy to install and use.

Soon: big test of refillable Epson Pro 3800 cartridges + resetters

vicpug and pharmacist, to refill from syringe is not a good idea at all. I too had broken 4 of my cheap carts. It's so much easier to use a bottle to refill from the top of cartirdges like inkrepublic's, shown below. no brainer! http://www.inkrepublic.com/knowledgebase/3800-iRefill-faq.asp

Soon: big test of refillable Epson Pro 3800 cartridges + resetters

pharmacist, thank you for the information. I have been using inkrepublic 3800 i-refill for about 6 months and have been very happy with the system and support, it's quality and inks. I have tried a couple 3800 refill carts back to 2008, and found none of them could really reset the cartridges...
