The Hobbicolors web site is very limited in info (no ordering info, no pricing) and the e-mail addresses for contacting them don't work. Am I in a twilight zone, or, do they make (and sell) a range of products that would include carts for the Canon MP560 (CLI-22X series)?

G.H. the only burned area was on the printhead, itself, as opposed to its contact area in the printer. The new printhead has suffered no similar problem, but, that could be because the printer has been essentially dead since the failure of the original printhead. You mention "the German method"...
