@The Hat Thank you for your answer. Yes, I have the same problem as described in the first post of this thread. The test page won't print any PGBK output (not even the PGBK letters). It appears that the water I poured in the PGBK pad is now gone, so I guess it was absorbed by the system...

Hello, I just registered. Just to let you know that I have the problem with genuine Canon cartridges on my IP4300... I tried to poor water in the pads, the PKBG pad stayed pooled... Should I be considering a printer replacement? Thanks for the great info you prove on this forum!
